Homemade yoghurt is definitely on par with homemade milk. It’s one of those special things that are rarely made at home but if you put in the time it tends to come out great. Because of my lactose intolerance its great to be able to make homemade yoghurt without any additives, sugars and preservatives. Which also means that homemade coconut yoghurt is definitely not something which can sit around the fridge counter for longer than a week. When it comes to fruits any choice can be added. I hope you enjoy the recipe as much as I do.
