Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the Sourcream with the brown sugar and set aside.

  2. Wash and peel the Pears, then slice them as thin as possible.

  3. Then bring out the puff pastry and spread the Sourcream all over the pastry. Then add the Pears on top and fold in the sides.

  4. Bake the pastry for 20 Minutes at 180°C.

  5. Garnish the Pastry with Soft cheese or Wangashi.

Ingredients

For the Pear Pastry

  • 350 g fresh Pears

  • 1 Packet of Puff Pastry Dough

  • 100 g brown Sugar

  • 250 g Sourcream

For the topping

  • Soft Cheese or Wangahsi

  • 25 g of brown Sugar
