Instructions
Mix all Ingredients for the Bundt cake together and put into the Bundt cake form
Bake the Bundt cake for 45 Minutes or until the centre is set.
Once the cake has cooled make the glaze.
Mix the powdered sugar with the Lemon Juice

425 g All Purpose Flour
285 g Sugar
1 Pack Vanilla Sugar
1 Pinch of Salt
Juice from 2 Lemons
Zest from 2 Lemons
6 Eggs
14 g Backing Powder
85 g Poppyseeds
For the Glaze
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
95 g Powdered Sugar
