If there is something that is versatile its Yam and these Yam Gnocchi made on the basis of yams instead of potatoes and flavored with Wild garlic are a great alternative to your lunch dates.
This current season during the Corona Pandemic there is nothing im enjoying more than foraging wild herbs and fruits. Its an amazing feeling to go on a hike gather some herbs and them make something delicious out of them.
Even better so being able to do this in a city, when one docent really have access to the country side. Wild garlic season is currently going strong here and I have been foraging the flavorful herb for weeks now, trying pestos and these gnocchi.
