Recipe: Yam Fries

Ready in 45 minutes
Serves 6 - 12 people

Ingredients:

• 1 medium sized Yam Tuber
• Frying Oil
• Salt
• Suya Spice

Preparation:

  1. Peel the Yam Tuber and slice it into Fries.

  2. Then put the Yam Fries into hot water to remove the film on the Yams. Then towel dry the yams.

  3. Heat the Frying Oil und start adding the Yams once the oil has the right tempreture. Make sure to fry them until golden brown.

  4. Take them out f the Oil and add Suya Spice and/or Salt to taste.
