Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix all Ingredients for the Bundt cake together and put into the Bundt cake form

  2. Bake the Bundt cake for 45 Minutes or until the centre is set.

  3. Once the cake has cooled make the glaze.

  4. Mix the powdered sugar with the Lemon Juice

Ingredients

For the Bundt Cake

  • 410 g Butter

  • 425 g All Purpose Flour

  • 285 g Sugar

  • 1 Pack Vanilla Sugar

  • 1 Pinch of Salt

  • Juice from 2 Lemons

  • Zest from 2 Lemons

  • 6 Eggs

  • 14 g Backing Powder

  • 85 g Poppyseeds

For the Glaze

  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon

  • 95 g Powdered Sugar
