Raw & Vegan Sugarfree Berry Ice Cream Sorbet
This ice cream Sorbet is easy to make and very creamy. It takes about 3 minutes to make and you only need 4 ingredients. Beside the easyness of the recipe have you every encountered healthy ice cream. Well your about to meet healthy ice cream, whitouth refined sugar and still unbelievebly tasty. If you have been reading this blog you will know that I like to use fruits especially during the summer they are great to make almost anything from tartes to cakes and ofcourse ice cream. As if said in a previous post the taste of your ice cream with any kind of fruit strongly depends on the quality of the fruits you use. Especially with berries they sometimes turn out to be very sweet or sour. Depending on the sweetness of the fruit you can adapt the sweeteners you want to add. In this case I used a very small amount of dates but ofcourse the almond milk is a factor that shouldnt be ignored. I used selfmade almond milk which I sweetened with a handful of dates for 500 ml of milk. Therefor about 2 – 3 dates for every 100 ml Almondmilk.
I used a frozen Berry mix that included Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries and Black Currants. You could say a superfood mix. Blueberries for example are hihg in Vitamin C, K and Manganese. They also protect your body from free radicals that can damadge cellular structures. While red currants improve digestive health.
So you see this ice cream sorbet is fast and healthy and can be eaten the entire summer without remorse or risking to ruin your bikini figure. Enjoy!
