Ingredients
- 100 g Oats
- 65 ml sweetened Almondmilk
- 50 g Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 handful Blueberries
- 2 dried Apricots
- 1 Plantain
Instructions
- Mix the oats, yoghurt and Almondmilk and let it sit over night. Then slice the plantain in the middle & fry each side and top the overnight oats with the plantain, blueberries & apricots.
