Ingredients
  • 100 g Oats
  • 65 ml sweetened Almondmilk
  • 50 g Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 handful Blueberries
  • 2 dried Apricots
  • 1 Plantain
Instructions
  1. Mix the oats, yoghurt and Almondmilk and let it sit over night. Then slice the plantain in the middle & fry each side and top the overnight oats with the plantain, blueberries & apricots.
