Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour

  • 35 g sugar

  • 2 vegan egg replacers

  • 210g butter

  • Lemon zest from 1 Lemon

  • Topping

  • 350 g fresh Peaches

  • 150 g fresh Grapes

  • 50 g blanched Almonds

Instructions

  1. Place the flour on a flat surface and put a mold in the middle. Add all the ingredients in the middle and knead the dough until it a smooth. Then use a rolling pin to make a round pizza like form.

  2. Cut the Peaches and grapes and Place them on the dough. Then sprinkle some almonds on then. Then bake the Galette for 40 Minutes on the middle rack at 185°C. Let the Galette cool.
