A Simple Pineapple Cake that is perfect for any coffee break.
Ingredients
For the dough
3 Egg
100 g Sugar powder
150 g Wheat flour
11 g Yeast
10 g Sweet butter
1 Pinch of fine salt
For garnish
50 g Sweet butter
30 g Brown sugar
1 small fresh Pineapple
For the mold (s)
20 g Sweet butter
20 g Sugar powder
Instructions
For the Cakes
Beat the Eggs and add the sugar slowly. In the meantime mix the flour with the yeast and let it sit at the side. Continue beating the eggs and add the warm butter to the egg, sugar mix. Sift in the flour, yeast mixture slowly. Then add 1 Pinch of salt to the mixture. Let the dough sit for 15 minutes.
For the Pineapples
Skin the Pineapple and cut 3cm thick round pieces.
For the Mouldes
Use molds with 3-4 cm diameter and put butter into the modules and add dusted sugar. Then lay a slice of Pineapple in each of the molds.
Then fill the Molde with the dough and bake the cakes at 150°C for 25 Minutes.
